Returns & Cancellations

As our products are rapidly dispatched from our London based warehouse, we are unable to guarantee cancellation of order, even though order has not been marked dispatched. Reason being the item may have been processed and shipped before your order progress has been updated.

If the item has been damaged in transit or has developed manufacturing fault, please get in touch with us via our contact us page and one our customer service team will be happy to help.

All DS Tool orders come with a 30 day returns policy from the date you order was placed.

Items must no be used in original packing in a sellable condition. Any items opened, used or damage packing will qualify for returns. All returns must be sent back a buyer cost. We are unable accept returns for product that have been customised. Please complete the returns form below. This does not affect your statutory rights.
